1999 Californian 39

Ventura, California

$188,000

This 1999 Californian 39 is a two-stateroom, two-ensuite head pilothouse motor yacht with upper and lower helm stations. Salty has been upgraded extensively over the years and shows very well.

She's also held in a Single-Assett LLC.

Built on the West Coast by the well-known builders at the Califonian-Navigator Yachts shipyard, this pocket cruiser is perfectly suited for cruising southern California and beyond.

If you're looking for a waterfront condo or a cruiser under 40 feet, Salty is a must-see. She has a terrific layout and shows pride of ownership. With 575 hours on her twin Volvo Penta diesels, she has many years of service ahead of her.

A wonderfully restored 9' Boston Whaler acts as tender for Salty and is included in the sale.

Vessel Walkthrough

A flybridge staircase provides safe access to the bridge when Entering Salty from the transom swim platform door and onto the cockpit. Here, you will find an upgraded stainless fridge, two-burner cooktop, microwave, counter space, and wash basin.

Up one small step and to port is the U-shaped dinette offering fabulous views underway or while dining. This area allows guests to observe and interact with the captain.  A large helm dash provides ample space for the full suite of Raytheon navigation equipment and a full array of vessel monitor gauges and engine accessories.

Down the companionway on the port side are the master and VIP guest staterooms, each with ensuite heads, showers, and fresh-water toilets. These staterooms each have full queen-size walk-around berths and an abundance of cabinet-style drawer and hanging locker storage.
