The teak in the cockpit could stand to be stripped and oiled, but other wood on deck is in good condition. Caulking around skylight windows could be cleaned up and trimmed, and there are other minor projects that could really dress up the vessel. The owner recently had a new genoa installed on the furler. Mainsail is older but in useable condition. Overall this is a very solid boat that is priced to sell quickly.
